Refund Policy

We at White Whale Holiday believes in providing flexible “Refund Policies” to our clients. However, the “Refund Policies” are subject to change as per real time scenarios.

Hotel/Accommodation Refund Policy:

  1. Hotel cancellation on or prior 8 days of travel/check-in date: No Cancellation Charges Applied
  2. Hotel cancellation with in 8 days of travel/check-in date: Non Refundable
  3. For the hotel bookings under cancellation: Non Refundable

Post cancellation, the refunds TAT is generally 2-3 weeks. However, we may issue a credit note of the refund amount instantly. That a client can utilize or adjust in their upcoming same destination trip.

Flights Refund Policy:

  1. Non Refundable flights: No refunds
  2. Refundable Flights: Cancellation charges applied as per the airlines (3-4 weeks TAT)
  3. Corporate Tickets: Refunds as per the airlines policies (2-3 weeks TAT)

In case of Bad weather, Flight Cancellation, Change of Schedule of flights, White Whale Holiday will not be responsible for any refund or compensation of any kind. However, we will make our sincere efforts to provide an alternative arrangements or the refund/reschedule options as per the airlines terms.

The flight cost includes our service fee as well. In case of a refund and airline cancellation charges + INR 1000 Per ticket will also be added.

A credit note of the refund amount will be shared with the traveler in case of a flight refund as per airlines cancellation/re-scheduling policy. A traveler can use the credit note for booking of their any future Flights.

Transfers and Activities/Tickets:

No refunds on any unused transfers/activities/Tickets, if cancelled with in 4 days of the travel date.
