These Terms and Conditions, along with privacy policy or other terms (“Terms”) constitute a binding agreement by and between WHITE WHALE HOLIDAY TOURS AND FLIGHTS INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED, ( “Website Owner” or “we” or “us” or “our”) and you (“you” or “your”) and relate to your use of our website, goods (as applicable) or services (as applicable) (collectively, “Services”).

By using our website and availing the Services, you agree that you have read and accepted these Terms (including the Privacy Policy). We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time and without assigning any reason. It is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms to stay informed of updates.

The use of this website or availing of our Services is subject to the following terms of use:

.You understand that upon initiating a transaction for availing the Services you are entering into a legally binding and enforceable contract with the us for the Services.

.You shall be entitled to claim a refund of the payment made by you in case we are not able to provide the Service. The timelines for such return and refund will be according to the specific Service you have availed or within the time period provided in our policies (as applicable). In case
you do not raise a refund claim within the stipulated time, than this would make you ineligible for a refund.

.Notwithstanding anything contained in these Terms, the parties shall not be liable for any failure to perform an obligation under these Terms if performance is prevented or delayed by a force majeure event.

.These Terms and any dispute or claim relating to it, or its enforceability, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

.All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, Delhi

.All concerns or communications relating to these Terms must be communicated to us using the contact information provided on this website.

For cancellations within 0-19 days of the travel date

Flights:

If due to any circumstances the client/traveller is asking to cancel the flight or in case of no show.The Airlines cancellation and refund policy will be considered as final. White Whale Holiday is not liable to pay any loss or compensation.

In case if the flight is not operating due to operational reasons, rescheduled or any changes in government laws. White Whale Holiday will try to provide the best alternate solutions as per the real time situation. However, White Whale Holiday is not liable to pay any loss to the travellers/Clients, happened because of the above-mentioned situations.

In case, if the traveller is not able to do hotel check-in or perform the activities as per the package itinerary because of the flight issues (flight is not operating due to operational reasons, reschedule or any changes in government laws). The cancellation charge will be applicable as per the hotel and the service provider cancellation policy

Hotels:

The hotel cancellation/no show policy will be considered as final. White Whale Holiday will try to provide the best possible solution however do not consider this as a commitment. White Whale Holiday is not liable to pay any loss to the travellers/Clients.

In case, if the traveller is not able to do hotel check-in as per the package itinerary because of the flight issues (flight is not operating due to operational reasons, reschedule or any changes in government laws). The cancellation charge will be applicable as per the hotel and the service provider cancellation policy.

Activities/Transfers/Ticket

In case of package cancellation, the service provider management/Supplier cancellation policy willbe considered as final. White Whale Holiday is not liable to pay any loss to the travellers/Clients.

For cancellations within 20-30 days of the travel date

Flights:

If due to any circumstances the client/traveller is asking to cancel the flight or in case of no show.The Airlines cancellation and refund policy will be considered as final. White Whale Holiday is not liable to pay any loss or compensation.

In case if the flight is not operating due to operational reasons, rescheduled or any changes in government laws. White Whale Holiday will try to provide the best alternate solutions as per the real time situation. However, White Whale Holiday is not liable to pay any loss to the travellers/Clients, happened because of the above-mentioned situations.

In case, if the traveller is not able to do hotel check-in or perform the activities as per the package itinerary because of the flight issues (flight is not operating due to operational reasons, reschedule or any changes in government laws). The cancellation charge will be applicable as per the hotel and the service provider cancellation policy.

Hotels:

The hotel refund policy will be considered as final. However, as per the traveller/client consent White Whale Holiday can also try to reschedule the check-in date. Please not that the cost will be updated as per the new price of the updated check-in date, if the hotel is agreed to reschedule the check-in date. White Whale Holiday is not liable to pay any loss or the adjustment amount

The hotel cancellation/no show policy will be considered as final. White Whale Holiday will try to provide the best possible solution however do not consider this as a commitment. White Whale
Holiday is not liable to pay any loss to the travellers/Clients.

In case, if the traveller is not able to do hotel check-in as per the package itinerary because of the flight issues (flight is not operating due to operational reasons, reschedule or any changes in government laws). The cancellation charge will be applicable as per the hotel and the service provider cancellation policy.

Flights:

If due to any circumstances the client/traveller is asking to cancel the flight or in case of no show. The Airlines cancellation and refupolicy will be considered as final. White Whale Holiday is not liable to pay any loss or compensation.

In case if the flight is not operating due to operational reasons, rescheduled or any changes in government laws. White Whale Holiday will try to provide the best alternate solutions as per the real time situation. However, White Whale Holiday is not liable to pay any loss to the travellers/Clients, happened because of the above-mentioned situations.

In case, if the traveller is not able to do hotel check-in or perform the activities as per the package itinerary because of the flight issues (flight is not operating due to operational reasons, reschedule or any changes in government laws). The cancellation charge will be applicable as per the hotel and the service provider cancellation policy.

Hotels:

In case, the hotel booking is non-refundable and the booking is vouchered. White Whale Holiday is not liable for any refund. The hotel refund policy will be considered as final.

In case, the hotel is refundable. The hotel cost will be refunded as per the White Whale Holiday Cancellation policy after deduction of the service charges. The refund will be processed as per the turn around time provided by the hotel/supplier. Usually, it takes around 20 – 25 days

Activities/Transfers/Ticket

The complete cost will be refunded as per the White Whale Holiday Cancellation policy after deduction of the service charges. The refund will be processed as per the turnaround time provided by the hotel/supplier. Usually, it takes around 20 – 25 days

Please note convenience fee charged at the time of booking will not be refundable.

The package is fully non-refundable in case of no show or cancellation.
